Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms govern your use of BusinessOS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use BusinessOS
- You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required by your country)
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
2. Your account and data
- You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into BusinessOS
- Your data is encrypted on your device using a key derived from your password
- If you forget your password, we cannot recover it — use a password manager
- You may export your data or delete your account at any time
3. Acceptable use
You may not use BusinessOS to:
- Violate any local, national, or international law
- Send spam, phishing messages, or fraudulent invoices
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
- Overload our systems with automated scripts (unless via a public API we provide)
- Impersonate another business or person
4. Pricing and payments
BusinessOS is currently free during limited early access. No credit card is required.
Paid plans will be introduced later. When paid plans launch, existing accounts will continue to have access to the current free tier features. Any transition to paid features will be communicated in advance.
5. Service availability
BusinessOS is designed to work offline on your device, so most features remain available even during connectivity issues. Cloud sync, account authentication, and related server-backed features may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. However, because BusinessOS runs primarily on your device, a service outage should not prevent you from creating invoices or managing your business.
6. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, add, or remove features. Material changes will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service, but you will always be given time to export your data.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all your data on our servers is permanently deleted.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
BusinessOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep the service reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee it will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. You are responsible for verifying tax calculations, compliance with local regulations, and the accuracy of your financial records.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessOS and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because BusinessOS is currently free, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email.
